I will also be making a Tequila Berry's Salad to share with our family on Easter. Here is the recipe:
1 head lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
1/2 cup cauliflower, chopped
1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
1/2 cup cauliflower, chopped
1/2 cup broccoli chopped
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Craisins or regular raisins (optional)
Dressing:
3 cups mayonnaise
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
Allow bacon to cool so it doesn't wilt lettuce. Mix all salad ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients together in a medium bowl & add sparingly to salad. It is sooo delicious!
I hear that rolls, ham, green beans, banana pudding, and coconut cream pie are also on the menu for our Easter meal. Oh, excuse me, I didn't mean to drool on the screen. Let me get that real quick. ;)
Do you have any traditional recipes for your family at Easter? Any you are excited to try this year? I hope that whatever your plans are next weekend, time will permit for you to come by and check out something special I have planned for all of us!

That salad looks very yummy. I will have to put that on my next grocery list! Thank you for sharing!
I discovered Resurrection Cookies this year. My girls are 3.5 and 2.5 and I wanted to really do something that would help instill in their hearts the true meaning of Easter. I figured we could make them a couple of times to really impress it on their hearts how important Christ's crucifixion and resurrection really are. I actually made a video tutorial of it with my girls on my blog :) If you'd like to check it out you can see it here: http://roadto31.blogspot.com/2012/03/vlog-resurrection-cookies.html
Thanks so much for posting the link to your tutorial Lindsey! We made those last year as well and I love the emphasis on Christ!
